Chiranjeevi Blood Bank, a unit of Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust has won the State Government Best Blood Bank Award for the year 2007. This is the 5th time in a row for Chiranjeevi blood bank to win this award. A function will be held today in Public Gardens, Hyderabad where Chief Minister Y. Rajasekhar Reddy will present this award to the trustee of CCF and Managing Partner Allu Arvind.
This 5 time award is not possible by Chiranjeevi alone, it is done only by his immense fan following all over the world and their dedication in uplifting this Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust. This award is possible because the die-hard fans of Megastar Chiru conduct mega blood camps everywhere in Andhra and 100s of Chiru fans donate blood in these camps. All this blood is transfered to Chiranjeevi Blood Bank and is used for those who are in need of blood. So this is not an achivement for Chiru but is an achivement for his fans.
