There is a lot of confusion and buzz surrounding Ameesha Patel’s role in Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic. It has been reported that Ameesha Patel has recreated Sridevi’s sexy song, ‘Kaante nahi Kat the’ from Mr. India in Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic.Kunal Kohli, director of TPTM, tells us, “Ameesha has a full fledged role within her guest appearance in the film. The rumours that she is doing just an item song are not true. She has a small but significant role and her character is important and entertaining.”
While Ameesha remained unavailable for comment, her PR informed us, “Ameesha, due to her non-disclosure contract with Yash Raj cannot talk about Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic right now. So we cannot disclose any details about her role.”
Yashraj films often creates buzz about a particular character to generate curiosity. For example, Kareena’s bikini scene in Tashan was a big mystery as well and we are still unsure about Shah Rukh’s co-star in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi - whether it is Sonam Kapoor or a newcomer.
