Chak De girl Vidya Malvade is not going to South Africa to shoot for Fear Factor. Few days before her father had a heart attack and was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital which led Vidya to take the decision.
Confirms the actress, “Yes I’m not going to be in Fear Factor due to the on-going family crisis. I was supposed to go to SA by the end of this month but in my present state of mind I really can’t go for any events, shoots etc. So I have cancelled it for the sake of my dad’s health.”
On her father’s present condition, she says, “He is stable now and has come out of the I.C.U. but is still under observation. I was really relieved when the angioplasty was done normally.”
So how long will she be on a break? “For almost one month I’m not taking any projects. Only next month I will be working on Suneil Shetty’s and Tigmanshu Dhulia’s film.”
Meanwhile, Vidya will also be seen with Sanjay Dutt in Kidnap.
The shooting for Fear Factor will start at the end of May. The show will witness 13 beauties performing dangerous stunts and will go on air in August.
