Once upon a time, dimpled beauty Preity Zinta was the most sought after actress in Bollywood. Then she became the prettiest and most popular face of the IPL, appearing at every match to support her boys. The reason Preity did not miss a single match was because she had finished shooting and had no work but to attend the IPL and grace covers of magazines such as Vogue and Filmfare.A source informs us, “Preity has fulfilled all her IPL responsibilities for this year and now she will attend the IIFAs, followed by the Bachchans’ Unforgettable tour which kicks off in mid-July and ends in August.”
On the film front, Preity has quite a good number of releases this year. “Preity has ‘Har Pall’ with Shiney Ahuja, Deepa Mehta’s ‘Heaven on Earth’ and ‘Heroes’ with Salman Khan. Not to forget ‘The Last Lear’ is still to see the light of day in India. She has finished filming for all these movies.”
He further adds, “Preity only has to shoot for her item number in Main aur Mrs Khanna.”
Preity’s pretty hands are not full with endorsements either, because PYTs like Kareena, Deepika and Katrina are riding the endorsement b(r)andwagon. The fashionista is the brand ambassador for luxury jewellery brand Chopard which only requires her to attend the Cannes Film Festival.
So after she finishes the Unforgettable tour and the item song, will Preity go back to accompanying Ness and his family to up-market fashionable social dos?
