Hema Malini’s daughter Esha Deol says that she is matured enough now to play women-centric roles. She admits that she entered the profession as a real brat when at the age of 18, but has since then traveled a long way. She will soon be seen playing an air hostess in Kunal Shivdasani’s action flick ‘Hijack’. She explains that her long absence from the screen was her conscious decision of not playing insignificant roles. Esha feels lucky to get friends like Fardeen Khan,
Zayed Khan, Uday Chopra and Tusshar Kapoor, among males, and with Chilarna, Natasha and Payal, among females.
Isn’t she happy that her mom is looking for a groom for her? She says that her dream man should make her heart go pitter-patter and there should be strong chemistry between them. Though she isn’t averse to commercial films, she would prefer experimenting with different genres. The ‘Dhoom’ girl confesses her liking for Govinda to whom she wrote at an early age of eight and has grown watching her movies. Luckily, she would soon be playing opposite him.
