While film premieres are a big thing these days, Shahid Kapoor’s Kismat Konnection didn’t have one. Perhaps, the cast and crew didn’t want to get lost amongst the myriad grand premieres that have been the talk of the town for weeks now. So what does Shahid do to promote his film? What better way to sell your film than by spending time with your fans and dancing to their whims and fancies. Shahid made the day of his female fans, who were dying to get a glimpse of their chocolate hero. He then gyrated to a couple of numbers from the film and left the girls swooning.
A visibly excited Shahid said, “This makes me feel so special.” He added, “What more can you ask for than a theatre full of girls reacting the way they are.” Choosey about our fans, are we? “Well, girls are more exuberant about their reactions,” smiles Shahid. Can’t blame the guy for getting a superstar treatment, can you?
