That SINGH IS KINNG has sweeped the box office with its bumper success is old news. Now the hottest news which is making rounds in media circle these days is that our Punjab da puttar, Sonu Sood, has been proclaimed ‘king’ by the press and the people alike.
Sonu’s performance has been so appreciated that even the powers that be in his hometown, Moga, called him up to say how proud they are of him. And a paper like the prestigious Punjab Tribune came out with the headline ”King of Moga”.
Apparently it so happened that the people of Moga (Sonu’s hometown) insisted that Sonu’s father organize a special screening of the film. So a special screening was held at the college campus from where Sonu had graduated. The people were extremely delighted watching him play a King in the film and started dancing with joy.
The very next day Punjab Tribune came out with the huge headline ”KING OF MOGA”. And to Sonu’s surprise the MP of Moga immediately called him to say that inspite of being the one in power no paper has ever come out with such a headline for him. ”I must say that you are the real king here who has made all of us so proud that the people have come up with such a headline for you,” said the MP.
