It was a haute August evening on Wednesday as three lovely ladies invited you to a stylish spree over high tea. There was Payal Kothari putting her best foot forward, along with Nisha Merchant and Gopi Vaid, both in their ethnic best, who welcomed the merry mix of guests who enjoyed the sandwiches and brownies, cha and coffee plus the fashionable spread of clothes and accessories. Each lady attracted her very own special ‘star’ guests. The ever-smiling Juhi Chawla walked in to wish her friend Gopi Vaid all the best and check out the vibrant creations that had a mix of the traditional and contemporary.
Lady-in-red Tanishaa Mukherjee breezed through to give a big hug to Payal and eye the fancy footwear. Model Konkana Bakshi also posed for the cameras. Nisha was all excited with her ‘star’ guests. There was Mandira Bedi with her expressive eyes and stunning figure, Shveta Salve looking as svelte as ever, telly babes Aparna Tilak and Maninee Misra and theatre person Vandana Sajnani who came armed with flowers and friendship. Also present was the store manager Sonu Punjabi and boutique owner Amit Dholakia, the man in black.
