“I think good sleep, diet and exercise should be an essential part of one’s lifestyle. I workout for two hours every day. I do not eat junk food. Also, I do yoga once a week. The stretching postures in yoga make one’s body look much leaner," says Sonu Sood, the actor who is now making waves in menacing negative roles.
“I think mental fitness is as important as being physically fit. Being physically and mentally fit changes a lot of things in terms of your level of activity. As an actor, being fit is very important because people look up to you and you also have to motivate others to workout. Everybody should be working out everyday.
“In terms of my diet, I stay away from carbohydrates at night. I instead have salads. I avoid oily food as well. I have had a 6-pack since my college days. I think it is very important that one is punctual with the workout regimes. I would advice youngsters to make gym a part of their daily regime. It is also important to eat healthy and not follow unhealthy diet and lifestyles,” says the actor who is easily one of the best looking villains in the Indian film industry.
