Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty who was on three days maun vrath in the distant district of Chittoor (Andhra Pradesh) finally breaks her silence and started talking. During these three days, she was totally cut off from the outer world and remained connected to nature. She remained in touch with her dear ones only through SMS.
Shilpa who finds peace and tranquility through yoga gets into such rigorous task through Oneness spirituality program. Shilpa commented on keeping mum, "It’s a fabulous mind and body healing course. When I met the spiritual leader at the Oneness University I could feel his divine energy flow from him into me. I know it sounds like mumbojumbo. You’ve to experience it to know how it feels."
Hollywood’s distinguished personalities Gerard Butler, Uma Thurman and Richard Gere are into this Oneness program. Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala also totally inclined to Oneness. Few months back, Shilpa in a grand way released her own yoga CD titled Shilpa’s Yoga.
