Actor and politico in-the-making Sanjay Dutt was in Lucknow rediscovering old connections. Politician Amar Singh traced a Muslim family who sheltered Sanjay’s late father Sunil Dutt during the partition. Sanjay said, “We are all Indian’s. No one here is a Hindu or a Muslim.
The family is special, they sheltered a Hindu man, gave him a new name and a lot of love.” We wonder if Sanjay’s sudden interest in Lucknow has anything to do with politics. A little birdie tells us that ever since Sanjay decided to stand for elections from Lucknow, he has done everything to find a link to the city. And now he finally has; long live politics.
