Rishi Kapoor would have shared the screen along with his son Ranbir in the recently released ‘Rocket Singh’, had its producer given his nod. Yes, the buzz is in the circle that the real life father and son would have acted together for the first time in this Shimit Amin’s directorial.
The Yash Raj team was all for casting Rishi as Ranbir’s boss in the film. Only Aditya Chopra thought audiences would not accept Rishi Kapoor as a negative boss to his own son, revealed the sources. Ranbir’s boss is being played now by Manish Choudhary who has a mean attitude in the film. However, Rishi Kapoor has no qualms about the turn of decisions and even said to have acclaimed Manish as “the discovery of the year”.
Wait, there is more…! The father and son are heard to be coming together next year, in a venture that will be directed by Ranbir!
Now with this, looks like another star baap-beta jodi will take over the B-town!
